What We Do

Maroon Meridians strengthens organizations so they can move from surviving to building durable power. We bring the infrastructure, insight and resources community-rooted leaders need to operate with confidence, attract investment, tell their stories with authority and deepen their impact. Through capacity building, fiscal sponsorship, donor organizing, philanthropic navigation, communications, training and strategic regranting, we help more resources reach the people already doing the work. Our purpose is clear: strengthen the organizations, expand their capital and build the conditions for Black communities to thrive on their own terms.

Who We Are

Maroon Meridians is a curated collective of C-suite leaders who understand the weight, possibility and responsibility of building institutions that serve our communities. We have led inside boardrooms, built organizations, moved capital, shaped narratives and helped turn bold ideas into durable movements. Our expertise spans governance, finance, fundraising, investment, systems change, marketing, law and more.

For every engagement, we assemble the people whose experience fits the moment. The team is shaped around the specific needs of an organization, movement or leader, because our communities deserve more than recycled strategies and one size fits all advice. We bring seasoned counsel, cultural fluency, trusted relationships and an understanding of what it means to lead while in spaces where access, capital and influence have never been distributed equally.

We are here to strengthen what leaders have already built, help move resources where they belong and create the conditions for our institutions and movements to go further. The work is not about fixing Black leadership. It is about backing it with the strategy, infrastructure, capital and power it deserves.
